There are many styles of size 17-18 shaft boots, it's hard to choose a favorite.
If you are looking for a pair of boots for casual wear, you may like the Valentine or Ella's, or even the fun croc scales on the Mojave. It's always a good idea to have a couple different pairs on hand so you are prepared for different weather or events - for instance, the Mojave's are great for casual wear at a party but may not be well preceived in a work environment around animal activists.
